Us post office close to my location

Over the last 4 months I have noticed a severe decrease in the delivery of my mail. Meaning, I will be out of town for a week or two due to work and return to ZERO mail in my mailbox. I used to have the post office hold my mail for me, but two individual times they delayed in "finding" my held mail for over a week.The package was delivered to the post office from the vendor. The yellow slip was in my mail box on the 12 Dec. To date ( 27th Dec.) I have not received the package, nor has anyone contacted me from the Daisy Mtn. P.O.
