Hold Mail service is unreliable and frustrating to say the least. Used it recently to come home from trip with at least 2 days of mail in my box. Then I had chosen to pick up my mail. First day back, I go to facility to pick it up and find a sign on the window stating pick up hours are 9-11 am. Why isn’t this on the website? 30 minutes wasted.
