Not only do the enemies have chances to drop the Neurodes, and are slightly lower level than Eris, the special enemies that come in every 5 minutes have a VERY good (like nearly guaranteed) …For new(ish) players, Oestrus - Eris can have up to 3 Neuroptic Masses plus the eventual neurodes you get during the mission. Several Warframes can solo this with a decent Infested killer weapon (i would recomend Ignis). Some tilesets will have no Neuroptic | qbylrsy (article) | cpdojl.
